Samsung Galaxy Note users in Indonesia can have a big smile. Samsung has rolled out ICS upgrade for Galaxy Note starting today. Users can upgrade via OTA. So turn on your wifi or if you have stable 3G internet connection, since the file size is quite big around 326 MB.
